Insanity Part I

Daddy is in Baghdad. Mommy is insane.

FIRST - she flooded the house. Well, technically it was only two rooms, but  did I mention our ENTIRE house is hardwood floors? Which means, you can't just replace the floors in one room...

SO - on top of getting the floors replaced - replacing the second A/C unit and the second hot water heater, several trips, working full time, Soccer, Ballet and planning my UBER fabulous Birthday Party - Mommy didn't think she had enough on her plate.

SO she hired a contractor to redo the back patio.

Above is the before (and before you make fun of our Ghetto Fabulous Patio - please know that Mommy and her friends have spent MANY a fun night here).

Notice the bushes are gone. This is the view from the back door. The door to the left is to Mommy's room.
